10th Annual KID’s Fest by CASA Coalition
The CASA Coalition successfully hosted its three-day Kids Fest: Dig Into Mental Health at the Reber Memorial Library in Raymondville, bringing together children, families, community organizations, and volunteers for an engaging series of activities focused on mental health, emotional wellness, creativity, and healthy living.
Throughout the event, participants enjoyed interactive presentations, hands-on crafts, story time, movement activities, scavenger hunts, art projects, and a community resource fair designed to help children build healthy coping skills, express their emotions, and learn about available community resources. Families also had the opportunity to connect with local organizations offering valuable services throughout Willacy County.
The CASA Coalition extends its sincere appreciation to the Reber Memorial Library, community partners, presenters, volunteers, sponsors, and local businesses whose generous support, donations, and collaboration helped make Kids Fest a memorable success. Together, these efforts created a fun, educational, and welcoming environment that strengthened community connections and promoted the importance of mental health and wellness for local children and families.
