

About Me:
Analiza Amaya-Diaz, Pharm.D., is a dedicated pharmacist and clinical leader serving at Valley Baptist Medical Center/Tenet Health, where she has worked for several years as Clinical Manager of the Pharmacy Department. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degrees, followed by a specialized residency in ambulatory care. Her clinical and administrative leadership has contributed to improved medication management and patient outcomes across the region.
In addition to her hospital role, Analiza serves as the Regional Director for the University of Texas College of Pharmacy Externship Program, mentoring future pharmacists and advancing clinical education.
Passionate about drug education and prevention, she brings extensive expertise to initiatives that address youth substance abuse and the impact of peer pressure. Analiza is a strong supporter of community outreach and youth engagement programs and is committed to raising public awareness through accessible, fact-based education on drug misuse.
Analiza is married to Rolando Diaz and is the proud mother of a college student, Noah. She looks forward to supporting Behavioral Health Solutions through community events, advocacy, and promoting evidence-based program services.
