World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day, on October 10th, comes at a time when we face many challenges: health-care workers providing care in difficult circumstances, employees going to work afraid of bringing COVID-19 back home to their families, for teachers and students trying to adapt to virtual settings, and for others stuck in poverty or unstable homes; and for people with mental health conditions, many experiencing even greater social isolation than before.
Now more than ever, the need to practice self-care and protecting our mental health is of utmost importance.
