Mobilizing to Reduce Stigma- Town Hall Meeting
Behavioral Health Solutions of South Texas invites community members, healthcare and behavioral health professionals, local organizations, service providers, and community partners to join us for our upcoming Mobilizing to Reduce Stigma (MRS) Town Hall Meeting.
This community conversation will focus on the impact of stigma surrounding substance use and the importance of creating supportive, compassionate pathways to prevention, treatment, recovery, and resources.
The town hall will provide an opportunity for participants to:
- Learn more about the impact of substance use stigma within our communities
- Share perspectives, experiences, and insights
- Connect with community partners and service providers
- Strengthen collaboration across healthcare, behavioral health, and community organizations
- Explore ways to reduce stigma and improve access to support and resources
Meaningful change begins with conversation and collaboration. By bringing together community voices, knowledge, and resources, we can work toward stronger systems of support for individuals, families, and communities across South Texas.
